Medicare Sales Field Agent - Treasure Coast

Job Overview Medicare Field Sales Agent – A field-based role serving local community members in designated counties (Martin, Saint Lucie, Indian River, Brevard, Okeechobee). Responsible for building trust, educating on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans, and driving self-generated sales. Responsibilities Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. Create meaningful, face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits. Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and other supplemental insurances Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Tuition reimbursement and/or scholarships for qualifying dependent children Required Qualifications Active Health Insurance License Must reside in Martin, Saint Lucie, Indian River, Brevard or Okeechobee County Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in prospective members’ homes, community events, and retail environments Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements) Preferred Qualifications Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License Background in selling Medicare products Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs Associate’s or Bachelor's degree Bilingual in English and Spanish with ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages Additional Information Driving Statement: Requires a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance per state minimum limits. Language Proficiency Assessment: Must pass the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test if speaking a language other than English. Schedule: Flexibility needed with appointments and/or events during nights and weekends. Training: First five weeks of employment and attendance are mandatory. Pay Range: $80,000 – $125,000 per year (including base pay and commission; actual earnings vary with performance). Travel: Remote position with occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
