Medical Office Assistant

Job title: Medical Office Assistant
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8AM-5PM & Friday 7AM-4PM
Pay rate: $20-21/hour
Job type: Contract/temporary (open-ended, no confirmed end date)

Responsibilities include,

• Assisting in back office of medical clinic
  
• Working in Athena Health system, doing data entry, creating patient charts
  
• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments via patient text line
  
• Other clerical projects as needed
  

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of Medical Office experience, and prior use of an EMR system (Athena, Epic, etc.).

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
