Job Title: Electromechanical Technician - All Shifts Available

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician, responsible for the upkeep and troubleshooting of various plant machinery and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and safety within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Work on PLCs, robots, and electrical pumps to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all plant machinery, including the Koji department, motors, pumps, and sealers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480v and maintain responsibility for the entire building.
• Act as the first line of support to fix equipment issues when contractors have set up the installations.
• Ensure the proper operation of detection and alarm devices/systems, and maintain communication with related authorities.
• Perform all tasks in compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, Safety, or ISO standards, including necessary paperwork.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and electrical repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• 5-6+ years of experience in the field.
• Some education in electrical studies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Longevity in previous roles is highly valued.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, SQF, and ISO.

Work Environment

This position is for the 1st shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The facility operates in a GMP, Clean environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Walworth, WI.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $90000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Walworth,WI.
