Are you an Electrical Engineer with experience in power systems, electrical protection, or controls looking for a customer-facing role where you can become a key technical resource?

The company is an established engineering organization experiencing continued growth across North America. They are known for developing highly technical solutions and are now expanding their engineering capabilities.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand technical challenges, provide engineering solutions, support system setup and field activities, and deliver technical guidance. You will also work alongside sales, engineering, and development teams on customer projects and future solutions.

This would suit an Electrical Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working directly with customers while remaining heavily involved in engineering.

The Role:

• Provide technical engineering support to customers.
• Support system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and field activities.
• Deliver customer training and technical presentations.
• Up to 20% travel.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Power systems, electrical protection, controls, or automation experience.
• Utility, consulting engineering, power generation, or similar background.
• Looking for technical development and long-term progression.
