About the Position:

This virtual Level 3 School Psychologist position supports K–12 students across New Mexico through remote, school-based psychological services. The role focuses on psychoeducational evaluations, eligibility determinations, consultation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a structured virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for K–12 students
• Prepare compliant evaluation reports and eligibility documentation
• Take part in virtual IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Support compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and assessment documentation

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Active New Mexico Level 3 School Psychologist license/certification
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong understanding of evaluations, eligibility processes, and special education compliance
• Experience providing services in a virtual or remote setting preferred
• Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
