RECEPTIONIST-Per Diem

Responsibilities Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring per diem/prn receptionists in our administration department. The receptionist plays a crucial role in managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls on a multi-line phone, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Flexibility in schedules Qualifications Must have effective oral, telephonic, and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
