Job Description

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to improve patients' physical function, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that aid in fostering ongoing progress at home
• Track and Record Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes closely and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the best patient journey

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
