Member of the CTO Architecture team, with ownership of SI/PI architecture and product definition in this domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive SI/PI methodologies, models, and design rulesLead simulation and validation for high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, SerDes, high-speed fabrics)Collaborate with board and platform architects to co-optimize architectures and layoutsIdentify and resolve signal and power issues early in the design cycleLead SI/PI team's methodologies and validation across design, bring-up, and productionDrive continuous improvement in tools, flows, and best practices10–15+ years in SI/PI for high-performance systemsExpertise in high-speed signaling, channel modeling, and power delivery networksHands-on experience with SI/PI tools and lab validationStrong collaboration across board, package, and system teamsExperience in server or AI infrastructure strongly preferredJoin Hyve SolutionsWork across multiple silicon and technology ecosystemsArchitect systems from concept through global, rack-scale deploymentEngage directly with hyperscaler and AI-native customersOperate at the intersection of platform design, manufacturing, and scaled deploymentCompensation: $180K to $227K@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
