* Experience Required * I am looking for an EXPERIENCED licensed insurance producer to join a high activity and successful State Farm agency. This is an opportunity to join a top 100 nationally ranked office and mentorship program. This individual should have recent experience with State Farm's products, systems and practices.

• Quote Prospects
• Close Prospects 
• 90% of this position will focus on sales
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Generate new insurance business by prospecting for clients through internet leads, networking, referrals, and hot prospects.
• Generate new business sales of auto, home, life and health insurance products 
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

• Achieve mutually agreed upon sales and marketing goals
• Proven track record of achieving auto, fire, life and health production goals
• Making outbound phone calls and helping clients daily
• Ability to be deadline motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Understands State Farm systems including but not limited to ECRM, Necho, Outlook, MS Teams, and Jabber
