What You'll Do: Proactively develop leads and build strong customer relationships within the community. Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm insurance products. Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and close sales with confidence. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including handling policy changes, claims, and billing questions. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and commitment to achieving sales goals every day.
