As a Staffing Coordinator at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day staffing needs. Located in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, our community offers a warm and welcoming environment where each resident receives the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Responsibilities: Coordinate staffing schedules and rotations in collaboration with the care team to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage Manage and maintain accuracy of scheduling and staffing records Identify and resolve staffing conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation team members to ensure seamless communication and handovers Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, residents, and families Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of prior experience in a nursing home; willingness to learn and take direction Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion What We Offer: Salary - $20-$25/hour Benefits - Comprehensive package Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and compassionate environment Collaborative and supportive team environment A sense of purpose and fulfillment knowing you are making a difference in the lives of our residents Attention Please see the link to the new Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website.
