Pipe Pros LLC is a union plumbing and HVAC service company serving the greater Las Vegas metro area, including Henderson and surrounding communities. We are affiliated with Local 525 and are currently hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to handle residential and commercial service calls.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and mainline repairs
- Install, replace, and repair water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Install and service water softeners and filtration systems
- Handle fixture installation and replacement (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals)
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch throughout each job
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
Requirements
- Valid Nevada plumbing license or journeyman card in good standing
- Residential and/or commercial service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional customer-facing communication
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily call schedule
- Clean driving record
- Union membership or willingness to join Local 525
Compensation and Benefits
- $27–$40 per hour based on experience
- Union benefits through Local 525
- Company-provided service vehicle
