Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief of Senior Services Operations to lead one of New England's most respected nonprofit senior living organizations through its next chapter of growth, transformation, and impact.
This is more than an operations role. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a multi-site senior living platform serving thousands of residents while preserving a culture rooted in dignity, compassion, and mission.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Senior Services Operations will serve as the operational leader for a diverse portfolio of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and senior housing communities across Massachusetts and Connecticut.
You'll be responsible for:
· Enterprise-wide operational performance
· Full P&L ownership and financial sustainability
· Workforce stabilization and retention
· Growth, acquisitions, and integration
· Clinical quality, resident safety, and regulatory excellence
· Building scalable systems, dashboards, and KPIs
· Creating operational consistency while honoring local community culture
This is a highly visible executive leadership role with direct influence on the future growth and success of Ascentria's Senior Living division.

Who You Are
· You are a proven healthcare executive who thrives in complex, multi-site environments. 10+ years of executive leadership experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare operation
· Strong financial and P&L management expertise
· Experience leading growth, acquisitions, or organizational transformation
· A track record of building high-performing teams
· Multi-site operational leadership experience
· A leadership style that balances accountability, collaboration, and mission
