Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery

Role: Provides comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient surgery center, covering preoperative, PACU, and stepdown areas. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Communicate effectively with patients and team members Involve patients in care planning and education Monitor patient responses Make clinical decisions Administer medications and treatments per policy Document care accurately Ensure a safe environment Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program No prior experience required Skills & Physical Requirements: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and observation skills Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements Proficient in vision, hearing, and smell Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license in the applicable state BLS certification from the American Heart Association Additional Info: Full-time, day shift Benefits include: Paid parental leave Flexible pay options Tuition coverage No weekends, nights, holidays, or call shifts required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association
