Description Hunden Partners Fall Analyst Intern Chicago, IL (Onsite, 5 days a week) Hunden Partners is growing and we’re excited to welcome an Intern to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in real estate, tourism, and economic development consulting while working alongside industry experts. As part of our collaborative and fast‑paced environment, you’ll support client projects that range from entertainment districts and convention centers to sports facilities and mixed‑use developments. This role is ideal for a motivated student or early‑career professional eager to learn, contribute, and build a foundation for a future career in consulting or development. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour Status: Temporary, Non-Exempt What You’ll Do Assist Analysts and Project Managers with research, data collection, and report preparation. Contribute to market and financial analysis that informs client feasibility studies. Support proposal development and marketing materials. Collaborate with team members on special projects and client deliverables. Learn and apply consulting best practices in a professional, client‑focused setting. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in economics, business, urban planning, hospitality, real estate, or a related field. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Why Hunden Partners?
