510 years of project management experience

Experience managing the full project lifecycle from project definition and planning through implementation and deployment

Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure and artificial intelligence initiatives

Strong project planning experience, including project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation

Experience managing project scope, cost, schedule, budget, risk, and quality

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive delivery within established timelines and budgets

Experience preparing project documentation, executive status reports, presentations, forecasts, and budgets

Experience establishing project governance, reporting cadences, and escalation processes

Strong change management experience throughout the project lifecycle

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong stakeholder management experience across business, engineering, technical, and executive teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale Azure and AI projects from initial concept through implementation and production deployment

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations

Manage multiple Azure and AI initiatives while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, engineering, cloud, data, AI, security, and operations teams

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, success measures, and quality standards

Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively resolve schedule or delivery variances

Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and resource requirements

Establish project governance, reporting cadences, and executive-level status communications

Prepare status reports, project documentation, presentations, and budget updates

Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate project decisions, risks, dependencies, and priorities

Manage organizational and technical change throughout the project lifecycle

Support the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled business solutions

Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value
