Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers across the organization to ensure all clock hours and approvals are complete and accurate.
• Process biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now, verifying hours worked, pay details, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Audit and reconcile payroll, maintain related records, prepare accounting entries, update procedures, and generate special reports for leadership.
• Provide timely, helpful responses to inquiries from employees, management, and external partners.
• Process accounts payable transactions, verify vendor invoices, and maintain accurate AP records.
• Ensure financial documents meet standards for payment, auditing, and tax compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes as the organization continues to grow.
• Maintain compliance with regulations under the guidance of leadership.

• 3+ years of payroll, accounts payable, or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centra l or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
