About the Role

Are you a seasoned logistics professional with expertise in regulated warehouse environments and enterprise ERP systems? We are seeking a Senior Logistics & Supply Chain Lead to guide our daily warehouse and supply chain operations, ensure food safety compliance, and drive complex customer service solutions.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert and team leader—prioritizing daily workflows, resolving escalated logistics issues, managing key carrier and customer relationships, and ensuring strict adherence to FDA and HACCP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Prioritize daily workloads, assign tasks, and partner with supervisors/trainers to ensure team members are trained, supported, and executing accurate operations.
• Escalation & Customer Service: Resolve complex, sensitive, or expedited internal/external customer inquiries regarding shipments, billing, status, and carrier coordination.
• Shipment Tracking & Freight Quotes: Oversee tracking and tracing for high-priority domestic and international shipments; prepare complex freight quotes and manage specialized delivery needs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Extract, analyze, and present operational data from SAP and logistics databases to supervisors and key stakeholders to identify and eliminate supply chain delays.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a safe, compliant environment adhering to FDA warehouse regulations, HACCP food defense standards, and company SOPs.
• Account Support: Maintain customer profiles, manage service expectations, and foster strong working relationships with key carriers and accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of specialized logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations experience.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Direct experience working in an FDA-regulated warehouse and strong familiarity with HACCP or food defense programs.
• Software: Proven experience using SAP (or similar enterprise logistics ERPs) alongside intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of guiding staff, assigning work, and handling high-priority escalations.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of work experience).

Work Environment & Travel

• Travel Requirements: Minimal to none (typically non-traveling role).
