Work in office: 40%; Work from home: 60% What You’ll Do: Inspect and Innovate: Dive into the details of prescription benefit plans, identifying any quality issues and proposing innovative solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Accuracy Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on processes and final outcomes to guarantee the accuracy of individual prescription plans, leaving no stone unturned. Rapid Response: Act swiftly and decisively by reporting any prescription plan malfunctions to the appropriate parties, ensuring immediate action and resolution. Record-Keeping Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of quality reports, providing valuable insights for ongoing improvement efforts. Celebrate Success: Recognize exceptional processes and celebrate success, reinforcing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
