Work in office: 40%; Work from home: 60% What You’ll Do: Inspect and Innovate: Dive into the details of prescription benefit plans, identifying any quality issues and proposing innovative solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Accuracy Assurance: Conduct thorough checks on processes and final outcomes to guarantee the accuracy of individual prescription plans, leaving no stone unturned. Rapid Response: Act swiftly and decisively by reporting any prescription plan malfunctions to the appropriate parties, ensuring immediate action and resolution. Record-Keeping Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of quality reports, providing valuable insights for ongoing improvement efforts. Celebrate Success: Recognize exceptional processes and celebrate success, reinforcing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Flexibility and Teamwork: Embrace flexibility and collaborate closely with teammates, working together to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results. What You Bring: Educational Excellence: A college degree or applicable experience is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Quality Assurance Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance is preferred, equipping you with the skills and insights needed to excel in this role. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, allowing you to effectively convey ideas, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products is a must, with advanced Excel skills being particularly important for success in this role.
