Pay: $28+ DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Reports To: President/CEO
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and provide accurate financial information to management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Process payments and verify supporting documentation.
Maintain accounting controls and confidential financial information.
Research accounting policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Assist management with financial analysis and special reports.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
Accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong math, data entry, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Work Environment
Primarily an office position with occasional time on the production floor and in the warehouse. Employees must follow all applicable safety requirements and wear appropriate attire/PPE when required.
