Lead and support care staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance with policies and regulations. Conduct resident assessments and help develop or update care plans. Administer medications, monitor health changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families. Respond promptly to medical needs, emergencies, or changes in residents’ conditions. Educate residents and families on health, wellness, and care procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with state and community standards. Participate in training, staff development, and performance feedback for care team members. Ensure infection control and safety procedures are consistently followed. Collaborate with the Resident Services Director and other team members to support overall community health goals. What You’ll Need: Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania, in good standing CPR/First Aid certification (must be maintained) 1+ years in assisted living or other related health care, preferred 3+ years of geriatric experience, preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and support staff with a calm, solutions-focused approach Sensitivity and aptitude for working with residents, families, and team members To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
