Digital Production Designer

Digital Production Designer Smartdept. is searching for a Digital Production Designer for a growth and transformation consultancy serving ecommerce, retail, and DTC brands. This is a fully remote, ongoing freelance contract opportunity. You'll produce high-volume digital creative, mostly paid social ads, as part of a team led by a senior creative director who owns the creative direction and client relationship. What You'll Do: Produce static paid social ads at high volume for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms Create simple motion graphics and animated versions of ads Resize and adapt creative quickly across formats and placements Design landing page assets, web graphics, and out-of-home pieces as needed Follow brand guidelines and creative direction from the team lead Deliver organized, production-ready files on deadline What You'll Need: Hands-on experience producing digital and performance creative, especially paid social ads Expert-level Figma skills (required) Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite Comfort using AI tools to speed up production, like resizing and versioning ads A portfolio showing ecommerce or DTC ad creative Clear, reliable communication Nice-to-Have Skills: Motion design in After Effects Ad creative for DTC, tech, ecommerce, or consumer product brand Experience with creative testing and ad variations Shopify or ecommerce site design smartdept. inc.
