Companions and Homemakers
Companions and Homemakers is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to partner with leadership and operations to deliver high-volume, high-touch hiring for caregivers across New Hampshire and Maine. You will own the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, leverage AI chatbots and digital scheduling to accelerate time-to-hire, and collaborate with IT on technology implementations.
