Plant Associate - Second Shift

What You Will Do Perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing environment such as assembly, disassembly, re‑assembly, encapsulation, soldering, repair and/or inspection of wire harness, electronic and mechanical systems. Check own work with available fixtures and production aids to ensure workmanship quality. May route, dispatch and expedite flow of material. Follow written instruction, procedure, and product specification to complete assigned task. Understand and perform all job duties in accordance with the appropriate operating procedures/instructions related to all environmental/safety requirements and regulations governing the work area within an individual’s classification. Physically able to lift more than 25 lbs., work overtime, bend, push, pull, twist, sit or stand for long periods of time and excessive walking. Communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Qualifications HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly. U.S. citizenship is required. Eye–hand coordination and ability to monitor and self‑check work. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow written instructions and product specifications. Ability to work second shift. What We Offer The role is located at Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington, NM.
