Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman litigation, to join their IP practice in Houston, TX. Responsibilities Engage in pharmaceutical patent litigation and disputes counseling. Collaborate with a team on complex IP cases. Provide strategic advice to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience. Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, or ability to qualify, preferred.
