We specialize in designing and crafting quality products to the customer’s exact specifications. With manufacturing facilities in Iowa and North Carolina, our products are sold throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

YOUR BETTER START

Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

Three scheduled pay increases during your first year — bringing you to $18.03/hour!

PLUS Quarterly Performance Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Regular Hours: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Overtime When Needed: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Millwork Team Member, you’ll be part of the team that builds and prepares quality products for our customers.

Build and assemble door products

Pull doors, glass, and materials

Prepare and palletize finished products

Operate machinery and power tools

Inspect products for quality

Work together to get customer orders completed safely and on time

No manufacturing experience? Don’t count yourself out.
