Warehouse Lead

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading direct-to-consumer order fulfillment organization that provides nationwide delivery capabilities across multiple transportation channels. We are hiring for Warehouse Lead

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/HR

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order fulfillment.

Assign, train, and support warehouse associates in receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping functions.

Monitor inventory control processes and maintain accuracy to meet quality and audit requirements.

Analyze and manage operational KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement.

Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience, with demonstrated leadership or team coordination responsibilities.

Bilingual (Spanish)

Experience operating material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts, counterbalance forklifts, and cherry/order pickers.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse safety practices, and quality standards to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
