Westerwood is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Server to join our exceptional Assisted Living dining team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by providing courteous and attentive meal service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time

• 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

• Candidate must have availability seven days per week

Responsibilities:

• Set tables and maintain dining room workstations in proper order

• Take resident meal orders and provide prompt, courteous service

• Serve meals efficiently while ensuring resident satisfaction

• Clear dishes and maintain cleanliness during and after meal service

• Answer resident questions regarding menu selections

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment

• Follow all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to interact with residents, families, and coworkers with courtesy, tact, and professionalism

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living preferred, but not required

• We will train energetic, dependable, and service-minded individuals

Physical Requirements:

• Mobile approximately 90% of the workday

• Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching

• Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds

• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
