Our smaller size creates a quieter, close-knit environment where teamwork truly matters. We are looking for a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Your attention to detail helps ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of our residents and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areasSweep, mop, and sanitize floors throughout the facilityEmpty trash and replace liners regularlyClean surfaces including walls, windows, mirrors, and fixturesSanitize high-touch areas such as handrails and equipmentFollow all infection control and safety proceduresMaintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized mannerReport maintenance or safety concerns promptlyEnsure a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and visitorsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPositive, reliable, and customer-service-focused attitudeAt Piedmont, you're more than an employee—you're part of a team that values your work and appreciates your contributions.
