What You'll Do: Collaborate with a dynamic team to assemble floor cleaning machines from start to finish, adhering to Tennant Company's strict quality specifications. Carefully use a variety of hand and power tools, following detailed work instructions and technical documentation. Support process improvements by offering insights to enhance assembly efficiency and quality. Handle mechanical and electrical components with precision, ensuring safe and smooth assembly operations. Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring accuracy and meeting production deadlines. What We're Looking For: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical degrees or prior manufacturing experience are a plus. At least 1 year of related mechanical assembly experience; 2+ years and a technical background are preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly practices. Proven commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and efficiency. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and endurance. Why Join Adecco and Tennant Company?
