This position offers a remote work setting, tailored to facilitate a supportive work-life balance. Working primarily from home, you will also have opportunities for in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Fulshear, Texas. Our flexible scheduling accommodates full-time work with Monday through Friday hours, with options available for part-time team members from Monday to Saturday. Importantly, there are no weekend obligations, ensuring that our staff can maintain their personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients with various mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to aid clients in achieving their goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to meet the specific needs of each cohort.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and seminars to stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with potential for additional bonuses.
