Front Desk Clerk

Global Team Staffing is hiring a Front Desk Clerk for a hotel client. Starting Pay: $15.00/hour Pay Frequency: Biweekly Schedule: Primarily 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Must be flexible to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) as needed Weekend and holiday availability may be required Job Responsibilities: Greet and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out Answer incoming calls and make reservations Process guest payments and maintain accurate records Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide exceptional customer service while representing the hotel professionally Requirements: Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and computer skills Cash handling experience is a plus Reliable transportation Clean background required Must be dependable, professional, and flexible with scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Team Staffing, LLC
