In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service in both English and Spanish/Creole. Hours 8:30AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits. Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services. Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records. Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries. Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Support additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish/Creole is required. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using office software and electronic health records. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
