Fabrication Shop Foreman / Production Manager Company: Able Cutting & Fabrication Able Cutting & Fabrication is looking for a dependable, experienced leader to help manage our fabrication shop. We’re searching for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to lead, solve problems, and help our team succeed. This is more than a fabrication position—it’s an opportunity to become a key leader in a growing company. Responsibilities Lead and prioritize daily shop operations. Manage and motivate fabrication personnel. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints. Fabricate high-quality custom metal products. Set priorities and keep projects moving on schedule. Troubleshoot fabrication and production issues. Operate and oversee CNC equipment including: Fiber Laser Table CNC Press Brake Assist with planning jobs and improving production efficiency. Communicate professionally with customers when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment. Help train employees and maintain quality standards. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who: Is reliable and shows up on time. Has strong fabrication and welding experience. Can confidently read fabrication plans and shop drawings. Is mechanically inclined. Is an excellent problem solver. Has experience with CNC fabrication equipment. Can lead people with professionalism and respect. Works well under pressure. Is organized and detail-oriented. Can communicate well with customers. Takes ownership of the shop and its success.
