Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-Time (Exempt, Salaried) Setting: In-home & Community-Based Adult Services Schedule: Flexible; create your own schedule based on client needs and billable hour expectations Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and high-quality behavioral services for adult clients in home and community settings. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct functional assessments and prepare detailed clinical reports Oversee day-to-day programming and service delivery Provide hands-on training, supervision, and mentorship to intervention staff Deliver parent/caregiver training and support Participate in team meetings and contribute to service planning Maintain clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality standards Support clients across home, community, and telehealth environments Create and revise positive programming and behavior support plans Develop social skills, group programs, and additional service initiatives as assigned Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field Active BCBA certification (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA, preferably with adults Experience conducting assessments, report writing, and caseload management Must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in varied environments Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally Proficiency with MS Office Suite Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs and assist clients when needed Interview Process Up to 2 rounds : Interview with current BCBA (If needed) Interview with VP Feedback turnaround: Within 24 hours Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Earned PTO/Vacation (Full-Time) Paid Sick Time Medical, Dental, Vision insurance (Full-Time) 401(k) plan Paid drive time & mileage Laptop + cell phone stipend Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing paid training BCBA supervision hours Employee discounts and EAP (legal, financial, counseling support) Regular mentorship from an experienced team of BCBAs, MFTs, and Psychologists Apply today!!
