Your Role as an Account Manager:

Youll be the heartbeat of our agencybuilding strong, lasting customer relationships while delivering expert insurance advice tailored to their needs. Youll proactively introduce products and services that make a real difference. Collaboration with your teammates ensures smooth, efficient operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

Who You Are:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English your language skills help us serve a diverse community (REQUIRED).
• Licensed (or working toward licensing) in Texas for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (PREFERRED).
• Experience in insurance sales or account management is a plus!
• A natural leader and relationship-builder with positive energy.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
