About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including security, audio, and data networks.
- Conduct site surveys and assess customer needs for low voltage solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Document all installations and service calls accurately.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in low voltage technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all installations.
- Assist in training new technicians on best practices and company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and cabling standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in low voltage systems preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
