RN - PCU

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00), weekdays, every other weekend, float if necessary. Job Description Looking for a dedicated PCU RN with expertise in cardiac telemetry to provide exceptional patient care in a 15-bed intermediate care unit. The unit focuses on priority transfers from the ICU requiring close cardiac monitoring and intermediate-level care, specifically post-surgical procedures. Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data. Administer critical medications and manage respiratory ventilation. Provide care for post-TAVR, post-CEA, and post-femoral popliteal bypass patients. Manage invasive line monitoring, including arterial and central venous pressures. Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and respond to emergent situations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of PCU RN experience required. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred. WV or Compact RN License required (pending licenses may be accepted). Experience with telemetry, invasive line management, and post-cardiac surgery care. Why ARMStaffing?
