IT Services Consultant

Job Title

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor or department head with system enhancements, including patching network devices and servers, installing/upgrading software and hardware, and configuring systems.
• Support the daily operation of banking compliance systems by following established procedures.
• Prepare documentation and reports for IT management in collaboration with team lead.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in system operations involving Windows and Linux OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Apache, Veeam, EMC, and VMware vSphere.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Linux, and system infrastructure.

Additional Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT operations, inventory and patch management, and incident response.
• Experience supporting both Windows- and Linux-based workstations and servers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for periodic system updates outside of regular business hours.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• IT-related professional certifications are a strong plus.
