Inventory Control Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control processes for the warehouse, including physical counts and logistics, ensuring adequate material and product levels while evaluating needs and implementing strategies to meet them
- Count and reconcile physical inventory daily, making system adjustments as necessary, including daily cycle counts and full weekly inventory
- Ensure that product is rotated on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis, establishing procedures for incoming and outgoing products to ensure proper rotation
- Maintain accurate records to facilitate shortage detection, prepare reports on inventory analysis and shrinkage, and serve as a key contributor in the area of inventory optimization
- Independently evaluate data on production needs and inventory to ensure adequate stock in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational needs
- Prepare and implement logical organization (slotting) of warehouse products to ensure successful operations while working with procurement to improve the total supply chain process
- Other duties as assigned
