About The Role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to help shape how North looks and feels across every customer touchpoint. From sales presentations and marketing campaigns to our website and product experience, you'll create thoughtful, high-quality design that brings our brand to life.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to produce work that is both visually compelling and highly functional. One day you might be creating launch assets for a new product, the next designing an out-of-home campaign, refining a key sales presentation, or collaborating with product leaders on new app experiences.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-moving startup, and enjoys solving different design challenges every week. You'll have the opportunity to influence our visual identity across the entire business while helping us build one of the leading brands in cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality marketing assets across digital and print channels, including paid advertising, social media, email, events, out-of-home campaigns, and brand collateral.
• Create compelling sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, customer presentations, case studies, solution briefs, and executive-ready collateral.
• Design new landing pages and website experiences, partnering with Marketing to improve conversion and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design new product experiences, refine existing workflows, and create polished UI for new and existing application features.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs in Figma.
• Help evolve and maintain North's visual identity across every customer-facing channel.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication.
• Maintain consistency across our design systems, templates, and shared assets while continually improving them as the company grows.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute creative ideas for product launches, campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong branding, marketing, presentation, and digital design work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience designing sales collateral, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, and brand systems.
• Ability to work across both brand marketing and product design projects.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and project management skills.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Startup mindset; excited to work across multiple disciplines and wear many hats.
• Based in New York City and excited to collaborate in-office (hybrid, Dumbo Brooklyn).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing responsive web experiences and familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or developer-focused products.
• Experience creating event branding, environmental graphics, or out-of-home advertising.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing experience (After Effects or similar).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or modern website builders.
• Experience working within or helping maintain a scalable design system.

Work Setup

Hybrid role based in New York City, with an office in Dumbo, Brooklyn.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

90,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Brooklyn HQ)
