Lawn Technician

Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance of lawn care while diagnosing and treating insects, disease, weeds, and cultural issues associated with turf grass. Perform daily operations of lawn care as provided in training, following the scheduled route and ensuring timely arrival at each location. Apply appropriate products, follow safety procedures, and adhere to label instructions. Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Respond to phone and in-person service call requests in a timely manner. Acquire knowledge of available products and services through paid training. Qualifications Valid driver’s license from the state of residence. Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed. Ability to operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment. High school diploma or GED. Customer-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Comfortable with self‑directed work conditions after a training period.
