- Support the Senior Manager with hands-on Google Ads campaign management for an existing B2B client expanding into Paid Search. (Work closely with the Senior Manager as part of a small, two-person team.)
- Build and launch new Google Ads campaigns while taking ownership of existing campaigns.
- Manage daily campaign performance, including keyword optimization, bidding, budget pacing, and lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads while maximizing efficiency across smaller budgets.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate results into clear insights and recommendations for the client.
- Support media planning, campaign strategy, and client-facing reporting
- Google Ads: Strong hands-on experience building, launching, managing, and optimizing Google Search campaigns.
- B2B Lead Generation: Proven experience running paid search campaigns focused on generating qualified business leads rather than e-commerce sales.
- Campaign Management: Ability to independently manage campaigns, including keyword research, bidding, targeting, budget pacing, and optimization.
- Smaller Budgets: Comfortable managing smaller paid search budgets and maximizing performance with limited spend.
- Client Communication: Strong ability to translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Media Planning: Experience developing paid search strategies and explaining campaign plans and performance to clients.
- Google Analytics: Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and measuring lead generation performance.
- Agency Experience: Ideally experienced in a fast-paced agency environment and comfortable supporting multiple priorities.
- Immediate Impact: Able to jump into an existing account, take ownership of campaigns, and work with minimal hand-holding.
- Hands-on and comfortable executing campaigns independently.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to hit the ground running.
- Strong communicator who can confidently speak to clients.
- Collaborative and comfortable working on a lean team.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
