If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Third Party Risk to join our Enterprise Security Services organization.Responsibilities:Apply a thorough knowledge of Third-Party and Supplier Risk to provide input to and execute a multi-disciplined strategy and framework, with the ability to enable leadership to make informed, risk-based decisions across disparate categories of Third-Party Risk, for example, operations, cyber, information handling, physical security, resiliencyBuild and maintain trust-based relationships with peers and leaders; evaluate compliance and risk reduction and mitigation activities to continually drive towards risk reduction methodologiesManage the day-to-day business operations with leadership oversight of the technology systems utilized by the Third-Party Risk Management programEvaluate the changing operating landscape and determine its impact on current processes, obligations, and external expectations; recommend changes to strategy to ensure consistency with current policy requirements and best practicesProvide direct compliance oversight for the Third-Party Risk Management programMay oversee work product(s) and lead entire small to medium size projects, managing deadlines, expectations, and often contributing to staffing decisions and supervising the work performed by more junior staff; provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to such individuals and may also serve as a formal performance manager of a team of junior employeesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent Third-Party Risk/Vendor Risk, compliance or similar experience within a large professional services environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required; relevant industry certifications, for example, CRVPM or CTPRP preferredAdvanced understanding of Third-Party Risk and Compliance Programs and supporting technology solutions with the ability to analyze and synthesize technical data and convey it to non-technical audiencesSolid understanding key business objectives and how to balance business objectives against risksServe as a change agent for the TPRM function across the organizationStrong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team membersApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
