This includes submission in third party portals, customized spreadsheets, email, and some postal mailed invoices. This role should provide timely and accurate invoicing to our large commercial customers daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly (per contract agreement terms). Responsible for monthly reconciliation reports via tracking sheets to ensure all invoices have been submitted within the billing month.Key Performance IndicatorsInvoice issue percentage (monthly) timely and accurateUnprocessed billing volume due to data errorsDays from service to invoice issuanceIncreased efficiencies via automating processesPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform all tasks related to processing special handling invoices for large, complex commercial customersMaintain third party billing portalsCommunication with cross functional internal teams related to customer account status will be requiredCommunication with various large commercial customers regarding account statusMaintain strong customer relationships through effective communicationPerform and maintain account billing reconciliations for customersInvestigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries timely and accuratelyProvide documentation to customers or cross functional teams requesting invoices, statements, etc.Maintain sensitive customer financial information and organized financial records, electronicallyRecommend improvements for invoicing processesResearches and resolves second and third level customer inquiriesDevelop key relationship with cross functional teams to mitigate invoicing errorsCANDIDATE SUMMARYRequired ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in an offer environment performing data entry or other computer-based work required; prior experience with accounts payable/receivable or transaction based services preferredExperience with third party portal billing preferredProficient Excel/Google Sheets experienceGood judgment, strong decision making and problem solving skillsKnowledge of transaction based servicesCommunicate articulately and efficiently in both written and verbal formsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAccounting knowledgeRequired Leadership Traits and CharacteristicsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalismExcellent organizational skillsBe able to work as a team and independentlyFormal Education, Qualifications or TrainingHigh School Diploma OR GED requiredBase Pay RangeYearly: $30,800.00 - $56,100.00While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
