Compensation Structure $900 per day guaranteed during Year 1 Part‑time option: Tuesday / Thursday / Friday Full‑time option: 5 days per week After Year 1: Tiered production‑based compensation available for associates exceeding production benchmarks Clinical Focus Primarily Restorative dentistry Crown & Bridge Extractions Root Canal Therapy Composite restorations Partial & Complete Dentures General bread‑and‑butter procedures Technology includes Dentrix software, Dexis imaging, cone beam technology, and a fully equipped multi‑operatory practice with strong hygiene support. Professional Development Associate must be willing to travel for MGE training as part of ongoing professional development.
