Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.As an Internal Auditor, partner with key stakeholders, testing, analyzing risks, documenting and reporting results of internal control testing on a worldwide basis. Responsibilities include:Audit Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of financial, operational, and compliance audits (including SOX) in accordance with professional standards. Risk Assessment: Participate in risk assessment activities to identify potential vulnerabilities in business processes and suggest mitigation strategies.Testing & Validation: Perform substantive testing and walkthroughs to verify the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.Data Analytics: Utilize data extraction and analysis tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.Reporting: Draft clear and concise audit observations and assist in the preparation of reports for management and stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business process owners to implement audit recommendations and monitor the progress of corrective actions.Put your talent to work at Texas Instruments! QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or related degree Cumulative 3.0 GPA or higherPreferred Qualifications: Pursuing CPA, CIA certification is a plus Knowledge of SAP, Excel, BPC and Business ObjectsStrong understanding of internal control principles and accounting policies and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions, countries and culturesAbility to build strong, influential relationshipsAbility to take initiative, prioritize work, balance multiple projects and drive for results in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentNavigates ambiguityAttention to detailAbout the organizationTI does not make recruiting or hiring decisions based on citizenship, immigration status or national origin.
