What You’ll Actually Do The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy – Execute high‑volume cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, negotiable instruments) with 100% accuracy and maintain a compliance‑first mindset to safeguard customers’ assets. The Digital Concierge – Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance convenience and security in their daily financial lives. The First‑Line Consultant – Use active listening to uncover personal or business goals and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions. The Hospitality Lead – Greet customers warmly while balancing operational efficiency in a high‑volume environment. Essential Functions Support surrounding branches within a 50‑mile radius and occasionally assist other locations in the region. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends; attend all required training sessions. Lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
