As a Branch Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in our customers’ banking experience by combining people skills with product and service knowledge. Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals. Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures. Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Help guests with technology challenges and demonstrate the power of our mobile and online banking channels using branch laptops and iPads. Assess both personal and business financial needs, reduce customer financial anxiety, and guide customers toward appropriate financial solutions. Collaborate with experts within the bank to provide customers with specialized assistance. Ensure compliance with audit, security policies, and federal regulations. Support customers throughout all areas of the branch and rotate service responsibilities as needed. Leverage various tools and channels to recommend solutions, enhancing customer retention and engagement. Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market as needed. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience. At least six months of cash‑handling experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree. Two or more years of retail, sales, or banking experience. Knowledge of banking compliance requirements.
