Director of Partner Marketing

Job Summary Pets Best, a subsidiary of Independence Pet Holdings, is seeking a Director of Partner Marketing to own the end‑to‑end partner marketing and sales enablement strategy across B2B and B2B2C distribution channels. The role will build and lead a high‑performing team and scalable enablement infrastructure to drive growth through partner ecosystems. Main Responsibilities Partner Growth Strategy & Revenue Enablement: Own & execute partner marketing and sales enablement strategy to drive pipeline, demand, conversion, and revenue. Strategic partnership with Business Development: Onboard new distribution partners, develop co‑marketing proposals, launch plans, and enable deal conversion through presentations, business cases, and forecasts. Scalable Partner Marketing & Enablement Infrastructure: Design & scale frameworks, playbooks, GTM models, and self‑serve capabilities aligned to partner types. Demand Generation, Performance & Optimization: Drive measurable improvements in demand generation, conversion rates, CPA, AWP, and customer experience; establish content calendars and reporting frameworks. Partner Marketing Portfolio Management: Support portfolio reviews, strengthen relationships, ensure performance targets, brand standards, and compliance. Cross‑Functional GTM Leadership: Connect with Brand, Digital, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and external agencies, integrating partner marketing with enterprise campaigns. Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and develop a partner marketing team; define structure, roles, skills, operating models, performance expectations, and career paths. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field. 8–12+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, B2B/B2B2C growth, or sales enablement. 5+ years leading and developing high‑performing teams. Proven track record driving growth through third‑party distribution or partner ecosystems. Experience building scalable partner marketing programs & enablement infrastructure. Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior and C‑level stakeholders. Highly analytical and commercially oriented, with data‑driven optimization. Willingness to travel 10–30% as required. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. MBA and/or deep experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, B2B2C distribution models, and channel economics. Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and co‑marketing strategies. Strategic thinker with execution bias and system‑building capabilities. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Innovative mindset focused on testing, learning, and scaling.
